    About



    Bob Kessel is an American artist and illustrator born and raised in New York City. His work has appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and many museums and private gallery shows. Kessel’s art can be enjoyed on a number of levels, not the least as pure eye candy indulgence. Like all great artists, he used what was around him for inspiration, commentary, and, in Kessel’s case, a healthy amount of deconstructionist verve and wit. His own distinctive style has taken inspiration from a wide range of influences from comic books to art history.
